A simple philosophy governed her oil paintings… work only with joy, in the beauty of the world around us, in the positive! Finding beauty in all of nature, she transformed floral art into virtuoso displays while her landscapes fill one with vibrant stillness. Wanda believes that in nature there is perfect harmony and composition, and by studying and experiencing nature one achieves an innate sense of design and life’s true balance. A native Texan with education and experience in floriculture and horticulture, as well as art, Wanda had an intimate knowledge of flowers. Through years of painting and floral design, she has created in her artworks a style completely her own. Using oils on canvas and fine linen, her works convey a sense of vibrancy and awakening and make perfect additions to your home or office décor. Her series of paintings of the Aspen trees in New Mexico and Colorado have received high praise from critics and are among the best selling paintings in Santa Fe.
