This simple design allows you to add the text you want to create a truly unique sports plaque.  Just add a name, date, team or number to personalize this item.  We'll send you a draft design layout and upon approval, make the product customized for your use.

This plaque comes in a standard size of 11.5" tall  x " 9" wide  x  3/4" thick with an option for a larger size.

Your sign will have a saw tooth hanger on the back.   The font’s size may vary depending on the number of letters in our text. 

Once you add the sign to your shopping cart,  please fill in all customization details, such as:

1. The name(s) exactly as they should appear
2. The established/or special date (if applicable to your sign)
3. The address (if applicable to your sign)

We will send you a proof of the final design before we carve your sign, so please check your email regularly. The proof could take up to 48 hours to complete.
